Our strength lies within our history. The women in our past, and those here now, have done extraordinary things to change the outlook for women and girls not only in our community but around the world. Our club’s diversity is inspiring, and our success lies within our members. We reflect on the past and must work together to get our message out, to streamline our vision and involvement, and strive to be more accessible and relevant to the next generation. We must embrace new technologies, explore new perspectives, and encourage new members by listening to what they have to say, and by viewing our organization through their eyes, as well as our own.
